Location: Dublin (Hybrid)
Salary: €65,000–75,000 DOE + benefits

My client, a well-established technology solutions provider in the financial services sector, is seeking an experienced Business Analyst to join their product team. The successful candidate will play a key role in defining requirements, improving processes, and ensuring that product features are delivered in line with customer and business needs.

This position offers the opportunity to work in a collaborative Agile environment on complex, high-impact projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work with stakeholders to gather and refine business requirements.

• Translate requirements into clear documentation for development teams.

• Support the delivery process from initial concept through to release.

• Assist in process mapping and identifying opportunities for improvement.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful delivery.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business, Computer Science, or related field.

• 5+ years’ experience as a Business Analyst in software or technology.

• Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

• Familiarity with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).

• Experience in financial services or related industries advantageous.
